I'm a happily married woman living in Austin, Texas. I grew up in Odessa, Texas, home of the mighty Permian Panthers (GO MOJO!) and the town 'Friday Night Lights' was made for. I love to watch football with my husband, watch dance movies and read. I've been married for a few months to the most wonderful man in the world, and I couldn't be happier! I think I probably have the best mother-in-law in the whole world, the total opposite of monster-in-law, I'm so blessed! I'm lucky enough to work with some really great people (including my husband), so I don't feel like I just have a job. I love what I do and I like going to work, I'm freakish that way. :)
I absolutely LOVE to read! Everywhere I turn there is a stack of books and still I buy (and request) more! My favorite authors include but are not limited to: James Patterson, Nora Roberts, Danielle Steel, Kristin Hannah, Mary Higgins Clark, and VC Andrews, to name a few. I also love to bake! Unfortunately my husband doesn't eat sweets, so I take my baked goodies to work so I won't sit and eat the entire cake! My favorite color is pink. I love dance movies, sports movies, tear-jerker movies and westerns. I also love lighthouses and have an entire room in my house decorated with lighthouses (Cape Hatteras in North Carolina is my favorite). I go Christmas decoration crazy the day after Thanksgiving.
